Groovy Mix Cup is a tournament in which players compete with the “Technical Scores”, scores that measure only the accuracy of the rhythm game-play.

Participation
To participate in the Groovy Mix Cup, players must be a D4DJ Groovy Mix player with a Diggler Rank of 10 or more.
To qualify to join the D4DJ Online Fan Meet-Up (details in “Prizes” section), players must:
1. Submit Entry ID and e-mail address from the Entry Form (accessible from the Groovy Mix Cup page in-game).
2. Rank in 50th place or higher in either the Happy Around! League or Peaky P-key League.
Rules
-You can only play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys a certain number of times each day.
-You can play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys with no voltage cost.
-The highest Technical Score you score on the Groovy Mix Cup Song will be your “Song High Score”, and the highest Technical Score you score on the Groovy Mix Cup Medley will be your “Medley High Score”.
-The sum of the “Song High Score” and “Medley High Score” will be your “Total High Score”, and this score will be used to determine the ranking.
-You can participate in either the Happy Around! League or Peaky P-key League.

About the Units used in the Tournament
-You can use any members/club items to play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys, but they will not affect the Technical Score.
-Skills will not activate when playing the Groovy Mix Cup Song/Medley.
About the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys
-No voltage is required to play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-You can only play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys a certain number of times each day.
-The number of times you can play the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys will be reset at 8:00 UTC each day. (Updated to correct reset time on April 10th)
-You cannot earn items playing the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-You cannot earn EXP or Event Points playing the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-You cannot earn Achievements Rewards playing the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-You cannot Restart during Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-You can Retire during a song, but you will not regain the number of times you can play Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys.
-The results of the Groovy Mix Cup Songs/Medleys will not affect the High Score, Score Ranks, Clear, or Full Combos in Free Live.
-Apart from certain sections, you can change the settings freely. Make sure to check the settings before you play.

Groovy Mix Cup Terms & Conditions
Bushiroad International ("Bushiroad" or the “Company”) invites participants ("Participants") to the "Groovy Mix Cup 2022" (the "Competition"), an event organized by Bushiroad.
All Participants must read and agree to the "Rules and Regulations for the Groovy Mix Cup 2022 Competition" (the "Rules and Regulations").
-Only one entry per person is allowed. All entries and eligibility will be voided if the Company deems that the entry is a duplicate entry, an entry from a person other than the participant, or an entry under another person's name.
-If you are deemed to be in violation of any of the rules of the competition, your eligibility will be forfeited even after you have been selected. Please understand that we will not be responsible for any disadvantages incurred in such cases.
-Internet connection fees for entry and gameplay are the responsibility of the Participant.
-If we find any Participant violating the terms and conditions of "D4DJ Groovy Mix", we reserve the right to exclude such Participant from the competition or cancel his/her participation.
-We reserve the right to exclude or cancel the participation of any Participant who is found to be inadequate or false in their provided application information, or who is deemed to be ineligible by us for any other reason.
-Please note that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding the results of the selection process or the reason for cancellation. For any other inquiries (including inquiries regarding personal information), please contact us through the "Contact Us" page.
-Personal information of Participants will be used for the following purposes: to contact participants by e-mail regarding confirmation of various items, to make inquiries regarding entry, to confirm the identity of -Participants and to send prizes to the top winners. We will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party, except when entrusting the acquisition and handling of personal information to a third party to carry out the above stated purposes of use, or when otherwise provided for by law. Even when the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party, we will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party to ensure that the Participant’s personal information is managed safely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
-To enter the competition, you are required to read and agree to the competition rules, etc., which are separately stipulated by our company. Participants will be deemed to have agreed to the competition rules.
-The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by Participants arising out of their participation or inability to participate in the Competition, unless such loss or damage is caused by the Company's negligence.
-In the event that any trouble arises between the Participant and any other Participant, visitor or any other third party, the Participant shall resolve the trouble by themself, and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any such trouble.
-If any dispute arises between the Company and any Participant with respect to participation in or application to the Competition, the Company shall consult with the Participant in good faith, but if the dispute cannot be settled, the Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
-The Company reserves the right to modify the Application Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary, and to take any and all actions necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Competition and this website. Participants shall comply with the operation of the competition and this website, and shall not make any objection to the operation of the competition or this website.
General Information

The following acts are prohibited. Please read carefully before proceeding to enter:
<Prohibited Acts>
-Multiple entries to the Groovy Mix Cup 2022 by the same person using multiple "D4DJ Groovy Mix" accounts.
-The same person may not enter Groovy Mix Cup 2022 more than once using the same Bushiroad application form account.
-A third party who is not the Participant who has entered the competition, but falsely claims to be the Participant who has applied for the competition and plays the competition.
-Intentionally asking another Participant to keep a low score, or intentionally keeping a low score in response to such an offer.
-Attempting to determine the winner by any method other than scoring.
-Intentionally taking advantage of vulnerabilities or defects in the application.
-Using player names that are offensive to public order and morals, obscene, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Groovy Mix Cup 2022 officials.
-Violating any laws or ordinances.
-Violating the terms of use of the game.
-Gambling in connection with this tournament.
<Penalties>
-If the Groovy Mix Cup 2022 officials confirm that a player does or has done any of the above [Prohibited Acts], or if the Groovy Mix Cup 2022 official is able to recognize and judge the fact at a later date, the player will be disqualified as a general rule.
-If malicious conduct is discovered after the tournament is over, the player will be dealt with in accordance with the rules of the game, and the records and extra prizes will be stripped from the player.

The results of the tournament will be announced later in the app, on the official website of the competition, and on D4DJ Groovy Mix’s official Twitter account (@D4DJ_game_EN), official Facebook page (D4DJ Groovy Mix EN) and official Instagram account (@d4dj_game_en).
